PURPOSE OF THE MASTODON ATHLETIC SCHOLARSHIP FUND
The mission of IPFW Athletics is to successfully develop the student-athlete as a person, student, and athlete. To do so, we rely on private support each year to provide additional resources and first-class opportunities for our
student-athletes.
The Mastodon Athletic Scholarship Fund (MASF) is IPFW’s annual fund raising arm for IPFW Athletics. It provides a way for individuals to help our talented student-athletes receive a quality education and competitive athletic experience. Financial contributions help offset the cost of athletic scholarships, including tuition, books, and room and board.
Mastodon Athletic Scholarship Fund donors are friends, alumni, and advocates of the university who recognize the value of the intercollegiate athletics experience and enthusiastically participate in a variety of support activities. The MASF is a cornerstone of IPFW Athletics, and the support of its donors is absolutely essential for the continued success of our student-athletes. Your investment in the athletic and educational experience will do more than produce victories on the playing field—you will help prepare our young men and women to be winners off the field, once their playing days at IPFW are done.
